Main Job Purpose:


To provide first class administrative support and assistance to the People Analytics & Insight Team, with key focus on employee related documents and data input within the HR system.

Key Tasks:

Maintain and update HR databases, spread sheets, software systems and employee records

Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

Support administration of the recruitment process, i.e. Refer A Friends / AWR (Agency Working Regulations)

Support by scheduling interviews with third-party recruiters and assessment administration

To ensure all systems are up to date in line with payroll deadlines, i.e. annual leave, absence

Take ownership of absence triggers across the site as per the company absence policy

Issuing return to work documentation and progressing to disciplinary actions where required

To prepare reports for the Senior Management and People Advisory teams

Issuing internal communications

Support the People Advisory team by coordinating meetings including the preparation of meeting documentation

Take minutes during meetings as requested

To fulfil any reasonable request from the Senior People Advisory team

Any other ad hoc projects and/or duties as required
