THG is looking to recruit an experienced Software QA Analyst for our Warehouse Management Systems Team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working on testing and developing our bespoke Warehouse Management software.

Main Activities / Tasks:

As a Software QA Analyst you will join the systems team here at our Omega Site in Warrington and support the QA Lead in both manual and automated test implementations. You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and improving team processes. The team is beginning to introduce automation into our test strategy so you will get the chance to be involved with this also. You’ll need to be someone who is flexible and can hit the ground running and be involved in improving the delivery of our in-house developed WMS system from day one.


Key roles/ responsibilities

· Manual UAT execution

· Contributing to Test Automation

· Gathering Test Requirements

· Highlight Key Changes to Operational Departments

· Regularly Review Regression Test Suite

· Provide Functional Walk-throughs

· Liaise with process development team

· Collaborate with developers

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to be capable of demonstrating that you have the following skills / experience:

Required Skills & Experience

· 1+ year Manual UAT experience

· Defect/ Bug Reporting

· Confident engaging with developers and stakeholders

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to Scope Testing & Establish Acceptance Criteria

Beneficial if you also have

· Experience of web application test automation frameworks (Selenium Web driver, Cucumber)

· Warehouse/ WMS exposure

· Knowledge of Agile

· Coaching others

· Competent using Jira
