We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide first class support to the Hale Country Club team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing invoices, supplier set ups and liaising with accounts payable over supplier accounts
- Auditing and checking all new membership paperwork
- Assisting the Office Manager with the membership system and HR administration
- Filing all paperwork, in an organised manner
- Assisting with payroll input
- Coordinating job vacancies
- Organising meetings, room bookings and events
- Providing cover for reception, during busy periods
- Ordering stationary for the business
- Assisting the Head of Operations with ad hoc tasks, as required
High levels of passion and professionalism
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Past experience in a office admin role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Experience of providing high levels of customer service
