Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and sending employment contracts
  • Amending contracts due to role and salary changes
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Managing sickness records and the overall sickness administration of the company.
  • Handling staff enquiries
  • Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods and DBS checks.
  • Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees.
  • Maintenance of the HR records and systems
  • Requirements

    Requirements (Essential)

  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance a range of priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership of processes
  • Handling complex queries, analyzing information and problem solving
  • General competent I.C.T skills such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent experience in a relevant area
  • Requirements (Desirable)

  • Knowledge of HR and/or payroll processes and procedures
  • Educated to Degree level standard or equivalent experience in a relevant area
