As a result, we are focused squarely on building a world class business and team and are hiring a driven, motivated and highly capable leader to join the team and drive our growth in own brand beauty in a highly autonomous & entrepreneurial role.
This person will direct one of THG’s Beauty Brands Sales ensuring the success of one of our cosmetics brands within stores and developing plans to meet commercial and profit targets.
You will be measured on sales, profitability, customer service levels, on shelf availability and delivery of brand image. You will be expected to negotiate and secure in-store promotional sites for THG's brands, and feedback to the business on competitor activity in store as well as building strong relationships in store at all levels.
You will be autonomous in the role, and will need to be proactive in seeking out brand opportunities and driving new business forward as well as interacting effectively at head office.
