ProBikeKit Customer Experience Agents at The Hut Group are the voice of our brand.
The Customer Experience Agents are the first point of contact and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that enquiries are dealt with efficiently. Advice and guidance is given from start to end throughout the customer experience.
We want all of our employees to be passionate about the brands they work for so we provide on-going training to develop product knowledge and confidence.
We’re looking for sales driven individuals with a passion for bikes and an appreciation of luxury. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and all of the above, this will make you a perfect candidate to join our Customer Experience Agent team.
- Responding to customers queries via chat and email
- Advising customers on a variety of products and brands to meet individual customer needs
- Giving exceptional bike care advice and up selling where possible
- Striving for first time resolution
- Maintaining a high level of quality on each chat or contact and exceeding the customers’ expectations
- Maintaining and growing customer relations whilst expanding The Hut Group’s customer base
- Confident communicator
- Previous experience or qualifications in the fitness/nutrition industry are preferred
- A passion for fitness and e-commerce
- Problem-solver and driven individual
- Professionalism in speaking especially over the emails and live chats.
- Excellent listening skills
