Software Engineering Conversion Graduate Scheme

The THG Institute teaches high quality software engineering principles to the next generation of tech enthusiasts, alongside a full time role at THG

The THG Institute is our world class 6 month programme providing a gateway into technology for the best graduates at one of the world’s fastest growing technology companies.

The programme is fully paid THG will pay for the full costs for training over the course duration.

During this 6 month programme you’ll learn about software engineering through hands-on experience in our Growth and Innovation department with academic training provided by field leading academics and THG’s own world class technical experts.

For September 2018 entry candidates will need at least AAB at A Level (or equivalent) including an A grade in Mathematics and one other Science, Technology or Engineering related subject. Students will also need a STEM (or related) graduate degree and show an aptitude and passion for technology and programming.

Our candidates are guaranteed a job at the end of the programme.

As long as you meet the expected grade level for the training programme as well as key performance objectives you will be offered a significant salary increase and full time technology job at THG after the programme.
