Head of CRM - Myprotein

Internationally known, Myprotein is officially the world’s number 1 online sports nutrition brand. We are looking for a Head of CRM to drive our global strategy for Myprotein.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Myprotein CRM team
- Setting the strategic and tactical goals for CRM across all territories globally
- Ensuring a seamless customer experience from acquisition through to retention in order to maximise life time value
- Working closely with the analytics team on measuring the effectiveness of all campaigns, constantly looking to improve ROI
- Working with the Customer Insight & Retention team to understand and develop retention
- Working alongside the wider Marketing function, analysing data and making informed business decisions to improve operational performance
- Degree qualified
- A proven track record of building and delivering successful digital & CRM marketing plans in high-growth online businesses
- Ability to work in super-fast paced, ecommerce environment with low structure and high autonomy
- Strong relationship builder
- Have high energy with a proven track record of ‘getting stuff done’
