Beauty Customer Service Advisors at The Hut Group are the voice of our brands. Our Advisors are proud to work alongside Worldwide luxury brands such as Elemis, REN, Dermalogica and Illamasqua to name a few.
The Beauty Team is the first point of contact and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that enquiries are dealt with efficiently. Advice and guidance is given from start to end throughout the customer experience.
We want all of our employees to be passionate about the brands they work for so we provide on-going training to develop product knowledge and confidence. Once this confidence is established our Beauty Advisors are required to assist customers with Beauty queries pre-sale.
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for beauty and an appreciation of luxury. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and all of the above, this will make you a perfect candidate to join our Beauty Team.
What will I be doing?
- Responding to customer’s queries via telephone and email
- Working to department targets
- Maintaining a high level of quality on each call or contact
- Striving for first time resolution
- Assisting with social media or live chat queries where required
Required skills and experience
- Confident communicator
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Previous experience or qualifications in the Beauty industry are essential
- Excellent listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Punctual/ reliable
- Calm and patient
- Able to work under pressure

Location: Northwich, CW9 7RA
Hours: 42.5 (involves shifts)
