Operations is at the heart of our customers’ experience here at THG. We manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer goods that we then despatch to our customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose built, innovative Manufacturing and Distribution Centres.

Due to rapid growth, THG is looking to recruit a THG is looking to recruit a WMS Process Engineer for our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Team.

Main Activities / Tasks:

As an WMS Process Engineer you need to work closely with Warehouse Operations and other internal departments to craft processes and tools that are easy to use and meet both business requirements and industrial standards.

Manage and document the review and approval of process changes.

By collecting, and analysing operational metrics, you identify and correct process deficiencies and recommend decisions.

Develop and rollout new processes to streamline business operations, maximising operational efficiencies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to be capable of demonstrating that you have the following skills / experience:

Good Problem Solving Skills

Strong Collaboration Skills

Good Understanding of Project Management

Creatively Visualise Concepts

Previous experience in product or process management

Previous project management experience

IT related qualification
