Responsibilities

As Brand Relations Manager your responsibilities will be the B2B relations with existing and new potential beauty partners for GLOSSYBOX Nordics. Together with the Brand Relations team it's your responsibility to deliver the best curated beauty box experience possible to our subscribers, while ensuring our beauty partners campaign objectives are met, month after month.


More specifically responsibilities are:

  • Sourcing of products in accordance to overall GLOSSYBOX strategy and budget for all Nordic territories and box verticals (including Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).
  • Ensure KPIs are met focusing on number of products sourced, quality of products and overall box quality.
  • Finding new, exciting brands that are relevant for GLOSSYBOX, and secure box partnerships with those brands.
  • Driving introduction campaigns for new market entries and launches of new brands and products.
  • Driving the partnerships with each brand partner; from initial contact, closed deal to execution of campaign. Presenting feedback of the partnerships which to deliver insights and to build long term relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Responsible for campaign planning for partner brands in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark and The Man Box Sweden. Make sure each activity that are being agreed also is executed.
  • Responsibilities also include analysis of partners’ campaign results and building strong business cases for partner brands to support their day-to-day business.
  • Working closely together with Head of Brand Relations to make sure you deliver the best possible box experience each month.
  • Working closely together with the wider team to make sure the campaigns are being delivered in best possible manner.

  • Requirements

  • 1-4 years’ experience within sales/sourcing
  • Experience within marketing is a plus
  • Top level MSc or BSc graduate with a commercial mindset
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales
  • Project management skills
  • Good understanding of what drives GLOSSYBOX as a brand
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively and to different levels
  • Fluent in Swedish and English language
