About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, developing and implementing email marketing strategies that contribute to traffic and sales growth across the US territory. Key responsibilities will include:
•Development and implementation of a localised email marketing strategy to achieve gross sales and traffic goals set
•Planning all BAU email sends with creation from start to finish, including briefing creative for images, writing text and building
•A/B testing for optimised deliverability conditions
•Automated email strategy
•Regular performance reports monitoring progress across channel
•Ensuring optimal marketing coverage, leveraging trading events to amplify campaigns
•Identify and drive new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the sites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing sources
•Undertake competitor analysis to identify any advantages
- A proven track record of building and delivering successful digital & CRM marketing plans in high-growth businesses
- Strong communication skills
- 3+ years of work in CRM
- Good knowledge of any email template editor
- Cooperating with various stakeholders from different departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and/or Tableau
- Ability to work in super-fast paced, ecommerce environment with low structure and high autonomy
- Have high energy with a proven track record of ‘getting stuff done’
