About the Role:

The Graduate Partnership Executive role will immerse you in to the THG Beauty culture, whilst working with some of the world's most loved beauty brands. You will complete a 3 month training programme, learning from some of THG's most inspirational and experienced leaders, before taking on the full time role in the Partnership management team. In this role you will maintain and develop relationships across your own brand sets, helping to grow THG's beauty division.

You will serve as the primary relationship owner for a group of brand partners across a range of beauty categories, such as Cosmetics, Haircare and Skincare. This will involve working with a diverse brand set from beauty start ups to huge corporations such as the Estee Lauder Group and L’Oreal. Our Partnership Management team work across multiple brand partner accounts and are challenged with building both new to market brands falling into niche categories, and managing well established, iconic brands such as YSL and Bobbi Brown.

Our Partnership team are required to negotiate terms of contract, promotional funding, marketing retros and pricing. They are also responsible for considering several factors when making purchasing decisions including customer demand, price, quality and availability. By fully understanding customer needs, our Partnership Exec’s maximise profits and provide a commercially viable range of merchandise on site. You will be commercially responsible for delivering revenue and profit growth by way of building strong joint business plans and annual terms negotiations.
