Product Catalogue Team:
The product catalogue team offers a training ground for our next level of Partnership Exec. They work closely with the Partnership team to ensure all skus are set up correctly; ordered on time for site launch, images are correctly assigned, correct pricing is uploaded and promotional campaigns are set live. The Product Catalogue team work to implement effective processes delivering efficiencies across the division, while being commercially aware of the impact.
Product Catalogue Assistant
Assume responsibility for the day to day management of all administrative tasks related to our full online beauty product catalogue. You will work alongside our Data Analyst team to regularly communicate updates via data reporting, ensuring accurate execution of all tasks. You will work closely with our Partnership buying and Merchandising teams, attending weekly trading meetings and communicating directly with brand partners where required.
You’ll have previous experience within an administrative function, a proven ability to work to deadlines, be extremely well organised, conscientious, possess strong communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships both internally and externally.
Key Role responsibilities outlined below:
- Managing the end to end process of new product launches to include; sku set up, image uploads, logo uploads, content creation, shipping destinations, pricing, stock delivery and ‘go live’ on site in line with national launch
- Pricing uploads to include campaign changes and updated supplier price lists
- Price variance reports on behalf of partnership managers
- Shipping and Display restrictions via Catalogue UI
- On site product and banner imagery
- Elements of on-site visual merchandising
- Ownership and management of partnership team promotional and terms trackers
- Promotional funding forms and receipt from brand partners
