THG Studios is an in-house content studio supporting over 21 global brands & over 100 International Ecommerce sites delivering innovative and engaging content 24/7. The studios are made up of creatives, planners and makers working directly alongside Division and Brand teams supported by a wider Production studio. As part of a significant change, the creative teams now form divisional studios (Health, Beauty, Brand, Lifestyle & Corporate) sat within each P&L.
The Role of the Creative Planning Partner is a unique and exciting hybrid opportunity merging Brand and Creative Planning with Traffic and Resourcing. You will report into the Studio Creative Director within a division and be accountable for both the forward planning of campaign and content activity with the Brand and Marketing teams for each Quarter, working alongside the CD shaping the resource plans required to deliver world class creative on time and within budget. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating the editorial boards where key decisions are made between brand and creative teams prior to the forming of briefs, facilitating the teams in looking more strategically at driving the effectiveness and efficiencies of our content and ultimately ensure we are targeting the right consumers through the right channels, in the right way at the the right time.
You will offer a supporting role in the forming of briefs underpinning content strategies with the brand and marketing teams from which you will be responsible for managing through the divisional Creative studio, facilitating reviews, sign offs and handovers into the production teams.
A critical part of this function will be to review and measure performance. Working alongside the associated marketing and brand functions you will support the forming of clear metrics that will inform campaign analysis driving learning with action orientated outcomes.

-Responsible for driving the content planning process with Brand and Marketing teams
-Responsible for collating, guiding and receiving new briefs from brand and marketing teams working with the divisional creative teams and making sure the Production Studio teams are all informed.
-Identify and assign appropriate team members on the briefs
-manage creative resource for non BAU briefs, end-to-end
-Knowledge of the brands, being able to advise on, assist and predict resource requirements
-Seek out issues and create solutions in regards to workflow, increasing productivity, managing expectations clearly and mitigating risk
-Partner with core divisional marketing and creative teams
-Ensure quality control mechanisms are in place liaising with the marketing/creative teams to ensure they adhere to the production scheduling
-Manage and deliver projects across core creative campaigns
-Understand where freelance resource may be required for projects in an accurate and timely manner by matching skills to confirmed requirements, achieving high utilisation across the teams and meeting agreed deadlines
-Facilitate the review process and ensure clear learnings are driven off the back of project and content performance reviews.
-Become the voice of the studio and drive the content creative and design ‘excellence’ agenda with CD’s

- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and deal with constant updating in regards to requests and changes
